Title: Real variable things for the Bergman kernel
Speaker: Yuanpu Xiong
Abstract: We will introduce some applications of real analysis in Bergman theory. The main tools in this talk are some functional inequalities, such as the Hardy inequalities and Poincare-Friderichs inequalities. We will discuss two types of results. The first is on the L^p integrability of the Bergman kernel on a planar domain where certain Hardy inequality holds. The second is on the relationship between the minimum of the Bergman kernel function and the first Dirichlet eigenvalue of the Laplacian.
